well Ive just been round tescos and picked up a few things to make a mash i couldn't remember which ingredients i needed so Ive sort of guessed, what i got is:

broccoli, carrots, apple, pear, banana, pomegranate, dried mixed herbs, dill, buckwheat, black eyed beans, chickpeas, yellow split peas, wholewheat couscous, sweat potato, long grain rice, pasta, red pepper, green pepper, green chillies, cayenne pepper and chili powder.

Is there anything i have bought that i shouldn't use? and do the bacilli, sweet potato etc have to be cooked or uncooked?

thanks

most of beans and lentils expand quite a lot, just a handful of each . Im terrible i always make way to much, but at least you can freeze it.

It will be fine ,the problem is getting the birds to eat if they ate fussy eaters. Pablo likes carrots and beans most so I make up the mash with everything but then when I have taken it out the freezer I just add more frozen carrot chopped up so it doesn't put him off trying it as he is a fussy little horror.
