I started Lexi on Tropican granules and to be honest they are like little crunchy bullets and I think that's why she likes them so much. She hates the coloured sticks from animalzone, looks scared of them
and chirps loudly at them as she chucks them from her bowl with gusto
Having said that she does love the plumage pellets, I started just dropping a few from the free sample in with her Triopican and she took to them right away so that's me just bought a bag for her. I did buy a weeny bag of the Tropican too so it will be 70/30 with the most being plumage but I did want her still to have the crunch crunch of the Tropican she loves.
The Muesli she likes too and doesn't seem to chuck any pieces out of her bowl so I will also be buying that in future once my sample has run out, I think a wee sprinkle will keep it all exciting for her
Am working my way through the other animal zone things too and we got one of the veg block things yesterday - Lexi seems to beak it a lot but it's not getting any smaller so looks like it will last a while
