I am going to try Milo on this, This week, I've already ground up some pellets so as soon as I have the rest of the bits i'll be cooking  :chef:
Also, I have copied and pasted the recipe onto a word doc and put on my desktop so it will be easy to find  :biggrin:

Think they look more like birdy rock cakes then birdy bread  :crazy:

Oh I also put some dried cranberrys in too  :thumbsup:

Letting them call down before trying Milo with them..... If he don't like them then Out to the birdies they will go  :lol:

I have just made some more birdie bread  :chef:
This time I added walnuts and well ripped bananas
Using the bananas ment I did not have to use water, They smell so much nicer and YES  :biggrin:
Milo likes them too  :thumbsup:

This is Brill, I tried Tiego on a pellet diet, introducing them to his parrot mix gradually but he would'nt eat it, ended up throwing it all out, will definitely buy a small bag of pellet mix and try this  :thumbsup:

I just made a freash batch and added coconut and used the tops pellets that Irina sent me.  It's going down really well  :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

No not really but I used the dessicated cocnut. You can see the white flakes if you cut therough the muffin but they don't really small of cocnut. I'm sure Nico cn taste it tho  :biggrin:

They are really easy. I don't grind the pellets (mainly because I'm lazy) I just leave them to soak in the water for a while then give them a good stir

i couldnt get any flaxseed to put in the muffins, can i use ground almonds...thanks

Sorry to go on but is the mixture supposed to be so sticky, i cant roll them into balls cause it sticks to my fingers. can i add flour to it to dry it up a bit...thanks

Grind pellets to dust and use that.
