Can I Sprinkle?

Any of these on my greys veg:  Millet seeds, Boasted Buckweat Grain, Brown Lentils or Brown Linseeds, or do any of them have no choice but to be cooked.  :yummy:

I know that millet can be sprinkled and lentils have to be cooked but not sure about the others

Linseed are better ground up, so they eat the hull as well as much goodness is contained in it.

So millet and linseed (ground up) are ok, i king of though that lentils might be a no no, thanks guys  :flowers:
