Mandi, some skeptics do say that there is not much difference between organic and non-organic. So if that is your choice then it's great and it doesn't make you a bad parront, parent or anything of a kind

It's great to see that so many choose organic though because it not only means that we consume fewer chemicals and eat more nutritious foods but also that fewer chemicals go into the ground and in water and it's so much better for wild plants, insects, animals and birds

Hmmm, for me it depends whats available and what tastes the best.

Everything here is seasonal pretty much, with less choice of organic.
But its also expensive. e.g about £5 for two corn on the cobs.

Also the milk here is fantastic anyway, the swiss certainly do dairy well!

For Flint he gets what we are having - or frozen. But always well washed.
So in the end its a mix I guess.

just saw this article in daily mail on organic produce. It's good there is some sort of proof that it is better for us, though 17 days don't sound that impressive

puft the Daily Mail. Accoring to them everything is bad for you and most of it causes cancer. Wonder how organic managed to slip through the cancer causing net?

Chemical fertilizers and herbisides are the main culprit to carcenogetic causes. They are produced and used for profit and not health.
