Banana Chips
Ingredients
2 Whole Bananas
1 Egg
1/4 cup Honey
Oats or Linseed
1 tsp. Vegetable Oil
Method
Preheat your oven to 140 degrees. Grease a large cookie sheet with 1 tsp. of vegetable oil and set aside.
Peel both bananas and slice them into discs. In a bowl, combine the egg and honey.
Dip banana discs into the mixture and place on the cookie sheet. Once you have all the discs in place, top them with oats or Linseed. Bake in oven until they are dry and crispy (ish), and then let cool to room temperature.
And the foraging mix cost about £30, but I've got enough things left to make another few or use in other birdie foods, so not too bad a spend.
