Avocado, chocolate, alcohol, coffee and high-salt foods are ones of the most toxic foods for parrots

It says asparagus is toxic on this site. Iv given this to my bird a couple of times. Is this correct?

there is a bit of a confusion about asparagus, some sites claim it is toxic and some say it is ok. I have read of people giving asparagus with no ill effect so Halo is going to be fine but I suppose if you give it give it occasionally.
