I tried the fine to start with and Truman wouldn't touch it. But he wouldn't touch the coarse power treats either so I don't think it was the size that was an issue with him.
I ended up making biscuits out of them all. He will eat it that way.
I know it is of no help to you now but could you not buy the coarse again and break them in half.
Or any bits that fall on the floor that don't get soiled save to make biscuits from.
I know others will have suggestions to.

Sid wouldn't eat the fine because he likes to hold the pellets. I ended up keeping some and then giving the rest away. With the large pellets, I pick up any that he has dropped and put them back in his bowl.

Nico won't eat the fine either. She likes to hold them in her feet to.

I put the fine in his bowl for the first time last night.

He was only eating the hagens before so thought I'd try the different sized harrisons - he didn't touch them last night - I'll see how he goes over the next few days.

But with the course just put dropped bits back int he bowl - so long as they haven't landed in poo its fine

Penny would only eat the coarse and so would Charlie but there was so much waste that I bought the fine......put it in their bowls and left them to it.  They will eat it if they are hungry enough and I don't mean starve them, still give veg and fruit as normal but just leave the pellets in their bowl.  You could try putting a little drop of juice on them or  pretending to eat them yourself, but on the whole I say, that's it, eat it or leave it.........they eat it.  lol.
