I mixed wholegrain ryvita with sesame seeds, apple and a dollop of natural yogurt, mixed it up, and Pickles is frightened of it  :panic: But is the mixture ok to give.

I have just emailed Ryvita for a breakdown of the ingredients, as unsure if they contain sugars / salt or fats.

EACH SLICE CONTAINS:
Calories: 20
Sugars: 0.3g   
Fat: 0.2g   
Saturates: Trace
Salts: 0.05g

Alison, that is a nutritional breakdown, not the ingredients. :biggrin:

I would have thought it contains salt, so would not give it. One time wouldnt have hurt, especially if he turned his nose up at it  :biggrin: Digby is scared of yogurt  :rofl:

They do contain salt, this is the ingredients for the multi-grain one..... Wholegrain Rye Flour (83%), Buckwheat, Linseeds, Kibbled Soya, Sesame Seeds, Kibbled Rye and Salt.

This is the original one ..... Wholegrain Rye Flour (97%), Rye Flour, Salt

Thank you for your email regarding our crispbreads, unfortunately they all contain low levels of salt, as we spray a very fine mist of salt onto every crispbread to enhance the flavour. With regard to sugar, the only crispbread with added sugars is our Fruit Crunch variety which has honey and brown sugar added.
