My Version Of Chop/ Mash Or Whatever It's Called!!

I've made Bailey my version of a chop, or is it a mash? Not sure what the difference is? :rofl: :rofl:

I've boiled, soya beans, broad beans, carrots and potato and I've cooked some plain rice.
I'm going to blitz the veggies, add is the rice leaving it whole and will chuck in some raw carrot too and some pine nuts and seed mix.

I'm cooking some carrot crisps as well as a side dish! Ha Ha!!

I've found some quinoa in the cupboard that I bought for a mash/chop but as I'm not sure if I should cook it first, I'll leave it out for now. d

I'm also going to add in some grated apple and pear too after I've blitzed it all.

nice one thanks for posting ... and I hope you wasn't eating Baileys mash :nono: but I suppose it does look quite tasty lol

If you want to add Quinoa next time, all you need to do is add Quinoa to twice it's volume of boiling water for about 10 minutes or until it's absorbed the water, it should be a light fluffy texture once ready and it can be served hot or cold  :thumbsup:
Remember though, that Quinoa will increase by about three times it's volume once cooked  :thumbsup:
