was just wondering what owners give their AGs
palm nut, palm nut oil or maybe a combination of both?

Mine won't touch the palm nuts at all. Tried giving them for months and months. So, I use little bits of the palm oil now and again on toast, or in a little scrambled or hard boiled smashed egg mixture

I use the oil as the nuts are expensive and neither touch them.

i use a bit of palm nut oil on charlies toast but never tried the palm nuts.
its a question about money to be honest.
i dont feel so bad now when i know others do the same.

Stupid question of the day...when you talk about palm nut oil is this the same as palm fruit extract (like peanut butter but orange)?

Ha ha, now you've got me wondering too. The tub I have is junglegold palm fruit extract. I guess they're the same. That's all I've ever used anyway.

I have Rob Harvey Palm Fruit Extract (came from breeder) which sounds like what you're using.
Anyway, Dexter's just had some on toast and managed to walk it all through my hair!!! That'll teach me - I think it's an inside his cage treat in future!

now im confused too.com.
didnt know there were more than one sort
im using the plastic tub who has unrefined palm oil written on it and it looks like butter but is orange.
and yes it does stain!!!!!! but it makes the feathers look soooooooooo nice

I have palm nuts and palm oil and Molly likes both

I give her a palm nut every other day and she loves them.
I received the palm oil in the post this morning put it on some toast and my greedy girl was in the bowl for 30mins eating the lot

When it comes to expenses............I don't tell my Husband how much I spend because his head would explode! He's tighter than a ducks bum lol x

Ha ha ha ha. I have 10 ducks and know from experience that my husband is defo tighter than all their bums put together!!!!
I have to hide my spending on Dex also! Goodness knows how he misses some if it with all the parcels arriving at the door!

None of my three Hobbits eat the Palm nuts, so we use Palm fruit extract in the tub
