they are all complete meals, which means in theory you can feed just the fruit pellets, just the plumage enhancer or just the museli and they will be getting the same nutrition as if you were giving them extra supplements.  However, feeding just one sort would be like us having the same meal every day, we'd get fed up with it, so mix and match them to give them a change.  You don't actually have to give fruit and veg with AZ pellets either because they are all a complete meal, but of course a lot of us give them fruit and veg as well, again just for the variety.  Sorry Mandi, I think I might be repeating what you have said a few times lol.

Some of this will depend on your budget too
With 3 birds a £28-£30 bag of Harrisons would last me 10 days
I now buy Hagens  sticks and I got 5 small bags today from scarlet for about £16 and that will last me 3-4 weeks
They are all as complete as each other so I didn't have to convince myself too much to change over, and the birds were ok with it too. One of them prefers the little pellet and the other 2 the sticks
I have heard the animal zone ones are good but mine are happy with Hagens for now so I will stick with those
It's difficult to advise one over the other as we all have different reasons for choosing the ones we choose. I was ok paying £28 a bag when I had one and it lasted a month plus, but angus is a total pig and would have had me bankrupt. Which ever complete food you choose you will know they have a totally balanced diet and no need for supplements, just some fresh veg and a bit of fruit. You might also want to try some soaking mix from scarlet, or I will send you a small sample to try if you like
