OMG!!!!
charlies feathers have been so nice after i started giving him palm oil on his toast in the morning.
he was really itchy and miserable and it completly changed him.
i feel bad for giving it to him, but at the same time i can really see its made him better.
hes not on AZ at the moment but im considering converting him...
its just going to take some time as he hate change so it have to be done  VERY SLOWLY
is there anything i can give him instead???
i dont want to cut it out and then end up with this itchy agressive bird again as we worked so hard and come so far

Eli, you don't need to cut it out, just give it in moderation, just give him a very small amount on his toast

It's like a lot of things, moderation is the key, that's why we only give fruit as a treat or 2-3 times a week as it's high in sugars, so it's given in moderation
