Sprouts And Pellets
« on: October 15, 2011, 01:45:18 PM »

:yahoo: :yahoo: never gave pablo any seeds to day and he has eaten some pellets and about 3 loads of veg. never ate very much pellets. he was squaking for ages for his seeds but i never gave in. he also so had a bit of birdie bread.

The only thing is i had to go to the shops and when i came back there was a big watery (   sorry about this )  brown poop in his cage. Pablo has never done a poop this colour its always green and white. Is this because he has eaten some pellets and the sprout mix that Tezza sent across for me . He is fine and talking and i gave him some fresh veg when i got in and he ate some ,  :haha: but no pellets. Is this poop ok

Is it all pellets that make the poop turn brown or just some ? Sid is on Harrisons but his are green still, the only difference being is that they are huge and more solid.

I think it's a shame really as he squeaks for his seeds. But I will give it another couple of days .then I'm going to give seeds with palm oil on top of them with some vitamins. He has never eaten so much sprouts and pulses sprouted.. If I can get him to like the pellets ,then he can have some seeds as well, maybe just at night before bed as a treat..going to be a bad week for palms his dad has gone to the Uk for a week now so ,he will be mega confused.
