hi folks
here's a quick video to show you how i get my birds to take there supplements,  its a quick and very easy way to add  supplements. this will only apply if you don't feed your birds a pellet diet.  but remember wether  you feed seed or pellets you should also feed fruit and veg ,

i just have to ask since you put up this lovely video 
i put charlie on pellets when i got him as i felt it was the best and he is fine with it.
he loves his toast in the morning and i give it to him with palmnut oil but could i drizzle a bit of lets say olive oil or walnut oil instead just to give him some change???
he is less dusty after i started using the palmnut oil so i know its good for him . its just it must get boring eating the same all the time

be the first to find out eli although i would imagine it would not spread to well on toast been oil    but i sometimes put a few drops of oil on there fruit and veg and mix it in , most oils are ok extra virgin olive oil is better than normal olive oil its not been refined . with the oils though eli its best not to give it to often as it helps to loosen the bowls and as we all know there dont need any help with that
