well yes, it does look better than your regular pet shop mix, but if you put all the bits together it won't be particularly superior nutritionally (cleaner, safer - that is for sure, but not a lot more superior in nutrition), in fact, probably of the whole mix the most nutritious thing is sunflowers

they are just way too high in fat. But it still contains bad for them peanuts, too many high fat seeds and way too many nuts (a grey shouldn't have more than 2 nuts a day), including Brazils which are notorious for harbouring aspergillosis (same as peanuts), garlic sticks are fun but same thing as any other cracker - very poor nutritionally. Those fruit chunks are basically pure sugar, and I wouldn't even eat them myself

It does contain some grains like barley and oats but I very much doubt it many parrots eat it, and it just seems so unappetising to eat those things raw, you would basically provide the same thing if you cooked some oats, barley, mung beans, peas, wheat and corn (which is very poor nutritionally too) and they would be easier on digestion that way at least, or better yet sprout some. It says it has added kelp, kelp is powder, how do they insure it stays on the seeds and doesn't just fall through? And you have to be careful as to how much of it you give to birds - it is very high in iodine and can cause thyroid problems in excess.
Sorry, I am not trying to put you off Tidymix though, it is just not an optimal diet, that is all.
