It does vary every day depending on what we buy in our shop and how long it lasts haha, but the general consensus is...

Pellets in the morning
Mash in the afternoon
Maybe some broccoli and/or cucumber later on
More pellets just to keep his bowl full and in case he wants a munch in the night/morning.

He always has pellets available in his cage.

Maybe a treat in between such as a grape or small slice of apple. We throw bits and bobs in for him here and there but that again depends on what we've got.

My 2 have
Breakfast 1 slice of seeded bread with Palm extract on (they have half a slice each and it's the small bread not the usual large slices)
Lunch they have a mix of steamed veg, parrot mash, chili and fresh fruit (sounds a lot but it's a small portion each)
Veg is a mix of Broccoli, Carrots, Peas, sweet corn etc
Fruit is apple slices, pear, kiwi, lemon 2 grapes oranges etc (again it's a small portion)
Evening Pellets and a tiny spoon of seeds (and it is only a tiny bit of seeds)
They also have pellets all day too

I know it sounds like they are getting loads but it's not, it's a small mix of veg, fruit and mash or they would not eat it and it would be wasted

In the morning we give Teddy

2 tablespoons of Harrisons fine (25-30g)
One ice cube (defrosted) of mash
some freshly chopped veg

That has to do him until we come from work

Then he goes out in his aviary and forages for seeds and nuts that we hide around the place .
Sometimes before bed I give him some finely ground pellets (about a teaspoon) mixed with warm water out of the kettle and feed it off a spoon . Actually that was one of the ways we got him onto pellets . The other way was sitting on the settee eating the pellets and not letting him have any .
There is also a seed and squash mix I make and that can be frozen , he loves that .
I read that feeding from a spoon helps with the bonding process and believe me,he sticks to me like glue when he knows I'm making that .

Zebedee has a desert spoon of chop for breakfast, 2 tablespoons coarse Harrisons (20-30g) pellets in bowl all day , veg for lunch; say steamed sweet potato, corn, broccoli (small floret or chunk depending on veg) the odd grape , pomegranate etc during the week.  Nutriberries as foraging treats hidden in cage, power treats to get in cage etc x 3 - 4 per day and desert spoon of mash an hour or so before bedtime.  He has pellets left overnight in dish and they are gone by morning.

He may also have some organic fruit of chamomile tea and some tiny bits of pecan and walnut for training.

Warm mash while I have my cereal then some raw veg and a palm nut.
Pellets only through the day and then some cooked veg for tea along with a nutriberry
A walnut piece is used for training and then maybe a grape or some small walnut pieces for foraging

early morning and before bed - mash and sprouts with a sprinkling of ground flaxseed and sesame seeds. During the day pellets and pellet bread. During our dinner a bit of vegetables, like broccoli, carrot, peas, french beans, a small amount of fruit, like orange or a slice of apple (not all at once).
