Hi Lesley....Yes i eat a lot of quinoa.  Its not got that much of a tast...a little like nutty grass....if thats a tast.    Chop apple, put in dish, add a couple of tablespoons on quinoa and then add a desert spoon off thaini (I think thats how you spell it) its ground seaseme seeds or peanut butter.  I eat it for breakfast and its great.   One of the best food sources in the world - apparently.   :yahoo:

I did have a taste when I cooked some for Dexter and thought it a bit bland, but interesting. Your idea sounds lovely and I'm going to give it a try - will make a nice change from porridge! Yay 😃
