If you steam spinach just for a few moment, it wilts but retains most of the nutrients also, and just makes a change from raw

But, good either way

I tend to steam it and then give it to them like that or throw it in the blender with other veg and then serve  :thumbsup:

Not only the Grey's what about my supper? We only had tuna salad  :lol: When are you going to invite us to dinner Mrs. Piker, it sounded yummy  :haha:

My two had fruit cake!

All the bits of pellets that get left in the bottom of their dishes, I put that in a bowl, then I blitzed up some blueberries, apple, banana and two eggs, mixed it all up together and put it in the oven for about 40 minutes until it was cooked......yep, they loved it.

What a brilliant idea. I put all of their pellet bits Into a jar and then feed to the birds in the garden.  But I'm gonna try that recipe Pat - brilliant
