Mine have seed with Walnuts
Courgette, peppers, banana, sweetcorn, a few grapes, apple and greens.
Then they have sprouted seed and pulses, and also some vegetable fingers, from the supermarket, for lunch, some salt content and fat, but just a treat, small amount.
Ours has spicy noodles the other morning, i don`t mix the veg in though, maybe I should do!
