What Not To Feed A Baby
« on: November 26, 2011, 01:45:18 PM »

Hi guys,   apart from the obvious, is there anything i shouldnt give ziggy to eat as he is only 3 months old.

Today he has had sprouts eg  alfalfa and mung beans, a tiny bit toast with palm oil. he really likes the sprouts.   grape ,apple carrot amd all that kind of stuff.

He is not such a fussy eater as pablo is , just want to make sure he is eating properly and im not giving him anything that he is too young to eat.

Thanks

From the young  age, never never feed her human junk food, don't even fill sorry for it :nono:,feed her fruit and veg, especially veg's,and try to eat in front of it,pretend how yummy it test, with junk is never is never.

Oyster is now six years old,if I or any one gives her any junk he just ignore's it :ignore:

This from my experience's of 6 years, never give up, and good luck

Oh man so proud of my baby today he had, animal zone pellets,  carrot cauliflower beans sweetcorn apple and grape.

Then I made sweet potato with pumpkin and quinoa and mashed it all together, well he couldnt get enough of it even when it was cold.he also had sprouts in his veg . ,   He is a little trouper, eats anything ,not scared of anything , and loves sitting on my knee for a cuddle before bed.  Love him to bits and only had him since Thursday.

Long may this continue,   When he gets to the terrible twos I'm sure to be in for a hard time as he is an absolute angel just now.

That's brilliant Karen that he's eating all those healthy foods, you're such a good mummy, he's a lucky birdie, just like Pablo  :cheekkiss:

 Well done on the healthy eating, Thabo is the same he loves his fruit and veg, when we first got Thabo he used to fall asleep on my OH's chest or on my knee, I think he has grown up a bit now because he doesn't do that anymore, if both of us are home he does spread himself between us. But if only one is home he likes to groom your hair and have lots of cuddles. I love it

Ziggy is a little horror after a week and a half,   Ha ha ha. He thinks he is the boss, poor Pablo is scared of him.and he likes his food warm, won't eat it unless it's warm. But he loves playing with all the toys and still loves cuddles.
