Billy Making New Noises

Hi everyone, ive got a couple of questions about Billie, one that has worried me today (it started today). The first is a funny noise, its like a really quiet squeck and his chest moves deeper when he does it, but he doesnt do it all the time, ive caught it on video, so i will try and load it up. If it was a health problem would he do this all the time?
 Also could i ask is it normal when i stroke billies beak, he rubs his tongue out to the side, its quite funny but i wondered why he does it? Its almost like he wants me to stroke his tongue.
He really has become a lovely part of the family, no biting now, loves to come out of the cage and having his photo taken.  :thumbsup:

The video would be helpful to see what you mean.  Cosmo sometimes sticks his tongue out when I rub his beak too   :crazy:

hi i hope this is ok, as i couldnt get the video to load onto my laptop, so ive sent a link from my videos on facebook, was the only way i could think to upload.
i hope you can hear the noise ok.

aww thankyou, brought a tear to my eye, bless him, it really worried me as he only just started making the noise today, im so chuffed because i love him too. lol.
