Is he covered ?
Does he have food and water available in the night?
He's not in a draught ( or is it draft ) or anything that could be making him uncomfy?
Once he learns some words the chirping might lessen and he talk instead, but honestly most of them do it. I have 3 and always one of them at least is at it from 6am, especially on lighter mornings but I guess I've just got used to it

People come and say, Gosh it's noisy, or can't hear me on the phone and I don't even notice it now

Have a think if you can make it better by using a darker cover, could you put him in a smaller cage in a different room for bed time, some people use sleep cages

Make sure he has access to food overnight incase he's hungry
I don't know what else I can suggest
Do you have any ear plugs you can put in? My hubby is in bed at themo and he won't hear a thing even though 2 are shooting each other with laser guns and the other is barking like a dog

Good luck
