Turn and learn logs toy
« on: May 03, 2015, 07:08:41 PM »

Anyone have this toy for their grey or other birds. I think Truman will like it am just a bit concerned that he could crack it. He previously cracked another foraging toy but still has his baffle ball and foraging wheel which I think is made out of same stuff as that he broke. So may have just been bad luck.  Any thoughts. Its on northern parrots. Couldn't see it on Scarlett's. Cheers.

Ooh I was looking at that one the other day, looks interesting.  I ended up going for the hide and seek forager and I was surprised with the size of it when it arrived. I'm useless at judging the size of stuff when im looking online lol

Lynn i'm the same, that's the only problem buying online, i've just got some perches for Yvie and I wanted short ones but wide enough for big feet :) the sizes were clearly stated but I never measure. So they arrived and are pretty long. Sometimes it's easier to go to the shops, pity scarletts wasn't close!

I know kaz, there's just nowhere to buy in person. I'd love to go to scarletts and have a look at all the toys :)

Do have Becks in Shrewsbury not ever been though. One other not sure on how much they stock now not been for a while. Is my northern pets in ramsbottom found them very helpful. One day when I needed a kings travel cage instantly they picked it up from northern parrots(use to be above shop but have moved) for me.

If logs blue and green pretty solid.

Just online, can't go to site either guessing no public liability insurance. How come I had to use my northern pets.

As far as I know they've got the shop now as well. Pretty sure I'd agree and you can't go to the original barn.

As for expensive I suspect you're correct(don't recall ordering from them) but sometimes seeing it can be worth the extra.

I have this toy, but my grey is not interested in it so that's money wasted again lol
