Hello :) I'm having a Trip to Holland and barratt for some aloe Vera gel tomorrow and I was just wondering if anyone could recommend any other products such as the sprouting mix?
Ty in advance..
Kind regards,

Hi
Rinse a small amount in cold water and then soak over night also in cold water
Follwing morn, rinse and drain leave in a tub with a lid , not airtight just covered
Rinsing around 3-4 times daily
They should sprout within about 2-3 days

Yes I'd mix em all together
My mix is about 10 different things
N whilst your trying to sprout , on the worktop is fine
Once they at required lenth you can fridge to stop anymore growth as they become bitter if too long z

I don't think he's too keen tbh :( I tried mixing a little bit of hagens tropical in with it today, hopefully this will help :/ I'm thinking of maybe sprouting some sunflower seeds as well next time, any advice on which ones to get?

I use the AS310 sprouting mix from scarletts it had a variety of seeds etc in it. But most of all mine love the safflower seeds they're just like sunflower but white and they sprout really well x
