Fund Raising Breakdown
« on: August 24, 2011, 02:53:08 PM »

From now on there is going to be a monthly breakdown of incoming and outgoings for the rescue fund so that you can see where the money is going that we all work so hard to raise.  The starting point for this will be today.  At the moment in the bank there is 390.93.  The account that is being used is a savings account that Paula set up as a separate account for the sole use of the AGPC rescue fund, it is in her name but the money that goes into that account is there for the specific use of the rescue fund, for all the costs that it incurs from picking up the bird, through care, feeding, enrichment, vet bills to delivering to forever home.  Once AGPC becomes a registered charity, then the account will be in the name of the fund.

Petrol will be charged at 30p per mile which is pretty average.

Food is based on 6 per week, per rescue bird.  This includes pellets or seed mix, fruit and veg and any supplements that they may need such as Daily Essentials or Calcivet.

So starting from today you will be able to see what money has gone into the fund and what money has come out of the fund.  I'll post it up as a monthly account on the last day of each month.

I am hoping you can read them ok.  I saved the Paypal one in the right format but couldn't remember how to do it for the Bank one.  If you have any problems, let me know.
