Meet Hope our rescue GSD

I found a lump in her lower jaw just under her front teeth , turned out to be cancerous, great surgical vet (no not Noel Fitzpatrick off supervet) had to remove all her lower front teeth from 1 k9 to the just before the other k9...

Her in recovery...

And her since

Georgie annoys her by copying my whistle and calling her, and by niping her ear if the dog lays too close/within reach of her cage, Hope is so placid though she just gets up shrugs and moves off of course keep my eye on both of them all the time when their both in same room, and never leave them out together in sane room when no ones around, just in case

Well we always like to have a dog in the house, and so many get abandoned nowadays that whenever we feel we want another dog we always wait and then check battersea dogs and cats home

Beautiful girl , and well done on rescuing her
So many will choose a puppy and overlook the ones that actually need you the most :cheekkiss:

We've had 4 GSD's in my lifetime, Jake a 6yr old rescue, Jerry-Lee our only one from pup (and only one named by me, thankfully ), Drake (a white GSD) a rescue we only had for like 6 months as died suddenly with heart defect that wasn't picked up by battersea or our own vet , and now Hope another rescue who was only 1-2yrs old when we got her, a stray apparently....
