Im just wondering if this parrot mixture is a good diet along with fruit and veg? Ive seen alot of people mentioning seeds (mainly sunflower seeds) are bad for them. So im just wondering if im buying stuff good for my parrot.

Go on Scarletts website scarlettsparrotessentials.co.uk and grab some avian specific seed.

Most of us have converted ours to pellets and veg, so if you can do that it provide lots of good nutrition.

I have mine on pellets and specific seeds. I'm very lucky that mine was weaned on to pellets so she doesn't favour seeds and just eats a few.
