Hi Wayne
Depending on what your diet is based on
I feed a pellet based diet for all 7 of my birds
This is available all day everyday, i then give a fresh meal of veg /pulses/ sprouts etc each day
And they have a spoon of seed as a treat now and again.
If you feed seed as a base you will also need to offer supplements , a couple table spoons of a good quality seed and then a fresh meal should be enough x
