Hi all haven't been on for a while but have a problem I am hoping someone can help me with. In June my entire family is going away to celebrate my husbands 60th. Usually my mum and my sons take it in turn to look after Kiwi when we go away but as we are all going this time I have a problem. I live in south east Essex does anyone know of a parrot boarding service in my area. I have spoken/met 1 person offering this service but as she was feeding her parrots biscuits on my visit not sure I want to leave my baby girl with her!

Thanks Mandi, it's very rare we all go away at the same time and in the past we had a local breeder who our first CAG loved going to stay with but unfortunately he passed away 2 years ago

Does your local avian vet offer boardings? Its really difficult to know what to do as not just anyone can look after a grey. I just don't go away at all now, its easier, but you're a bit stuck with this trip.
I hope you find someone, its a worry
