Hi,

Has anyone dealt with parrotcare in Northumberland? The appear to be top when it comes to breeding and boast a premium price for babies but am more than happy to pay this for something really well reared.

A old member had one of their babies
He wasn't as tame as she had hoped and it took them a long time to get him 'friendly'
Also I'm not sure if they just ship you a bird ?? X

My understanding is they will deliver it themselves. They claim the babies are tame, so I am disappointed to hear this. £995 for a baby seems a good £200 more than other places but I would have been willing to pay more if they are as tame as was made out.  I will broaden my options! Thanks!

Whereabouts in Northumberland are they based? Straight away the fact that they deliver the birds worries me.

I am in in Swindon Wiltshire, which is why the delivering it aspect was so,etching I liked as like I said there parrots seem to be he best around. So that's why I decided I wanted to buy one from there but thought I would see if anyone else had dealt with them before committing!

Ok there must be some breeders closer, there's a few people on here who've bought babies from breeders so just wait to see what others have to say
