If you have bought a parrot from a trusted breeder please add up all their details in this topic and a testimonial ... once I have a good selection of breeders I am going to add a directory of trusted breeders by location into the useful resources section of the website.

By doing this you will help others avoid being scammed by those nasty people out there who are too lazy to work and steal people's money.

Breeders If you want to be included in this section then please feel free to talk to us about it.

Just a further thought on this ... before you post up personal details like phone number, email etc. it may be an idea to ask the breeder first or get them to contact us directly on admin@african-grey-parrots.co.uk

I got my parrot from parrotcare.com,they have been brilliant.
My new boy who well we think is boy

we have named Eddie for rock steady eddie.
He settling in ok,the hardest part in convincing my Bull terrier he isnt food. Will take time but we will get there.

These breeders have full back up service and are on the end of phone if i need them,my bird is happy and healthy.

I have talked with the breeder and he was happy that i was putting him on the forum.

They are located in Carisle, Cumbria there names are Carl And Kirsty Doolan
they owned Denton Parrot and aquatics pet shop .now they work from home hand rearing baby parrots. they are very nice people and there birds are well takin care of and well socialized . cuddly tame is an understatement for the parrots he hand rears. i highly recommend him as a breeder . He sells all kinds of parrots from quakers to macaws so if your looking for a great bird call Carl or Kirsty Doolan they will find your new best friend. 01228 510022 or 07800 575050. if they ask where you heard about them from .just tell them Tammy Milligan has recommended them on AGPC .

Tell Carl i said hello, i brought a female (Makosi) from him a few years ago, tell him if you speak with him again, she is a wonderful breeder

For those in Scotland I recommend Maggie up in Oldemeldrum thirty minutes from Aberdeen. She breeds big beautiful babies as my Dusty proves lol. Ill check with her that it is ok to add her link etc to the resources xx

Hi guys, i've been looking for a breeding pair but am unsure where to go. Can anyone advise me? i have been looking for a couple of years now but don't know who to trust online. I live in channel islands but could come across to England if needed. Any information would be appreciated
