I have had him since he was weaned at 3 mos. WHEN I am in the room he throws all his food out of the dish. He barely eats his pellets, mostly wants fruit...apples, etc. He was eating veggies such as mini red sweet peppers and such, but now refuses. I am at odds as what to feed him. He does get a few small slices of hardboiled egg and loves it. Now I see that is a no no and will stop that. It seems he likes all the foods he should not eat like grapes, some cheese. I eat lots of veggies and put that in his dish such as carrots, brussel sprouts, sweet potato. I steam most veggies and still he refuses. Where do I begin? My African grey, Shadow is 14yrs old.
