Roxy

Well over the past few days Roxy has been getting louder and louder, she was so quiet for the first few weeks and i wondered if she made any noises at all, well all i have herd the last few days is her Sneezing Ahhchooooo!! all the time!! And her saying Stop it which is Rick saying that to her when she is trying to fly off his hands,Hello Roxy, ringing the phone, barking like a dog and moaning like a dog!

She really is coming out of herself now and find she does not stop talking which is cute!

She really looks forward to her palm nut oil on toast in the mornings and will sit with it till it is all gone, she also enjoy’s having a bath in her water bowl but not keen on being sprayed!

She is a little sweety!

It has been sometime since i updated you on Roxy we have had a few things going on but she is doing well, we are still trying to teach her to step up which she is kind of getting the hang of when she want’s too but still likes to fly off and land where ever she likes, but we will get there with that.

She is enjoying her soaked pulses and also her fruit, tucks into it as soon as you put the bowl in! Little Piggy!!

Will get some more photos of her and post them up, but she is doing fine

Roxy has been here over a week now and she is still a very quiet bird, she likes her own space in the cage but also loves coming out and having atickle, she still tries to fly straight off and land on any items around the house other than the play stand, and she still is not keen on stepping up which we are working on and hoping that will change in due course.

No Stopping her now she is sat out on the playstand enjoying her mash! She seems to love it!! It’s soaked pulses, Cooked veggies, fresh fruit and wholemeal pasta all mixed together and she sat at the bowl for ages!!

Finally this morning Roxy came out of the cage

She was sat on the door as i opened it and climbed straight up and sat on it had a little fly about found our TV in the front room, which was one of the places she use to sit in her old home, so i moved her off there she stepped up after a while of chasing her about and put her on her playstand!
